Meaning

Lord Krishna is with a bag full of colors. Beautiful colors of gulal and abeer (dry colors used during festival of Holi in India). He plays Holi with the Safron colors. With flowers of Chameli (equivalent to Jasmine) that look like pearls, Banwari (one who wonders in garden, i.e. Lord Krishna) is coming while creating a garland.
